Meet The Doctor
Dr. Bill Crafton
I am fully commited to my comprehensive dentistry practice because I believe that dental health is critical to the overall general health and well-being of my patients throughout their lifetime. Each patient comes in with different needs, and it is up to my staff and I to assess and provide the individualized treatment necessary for the patient to progress with optimum health.
Dental Background
I graduated from University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco and began practicing in Chula Vista in 1972. I then purchased my present office at the corner of F & Del Mar in 1975.
In the Office
Throughout my career it has been my priority to stay current with the latest materials and procedures available. I have participated in numerous hours of advanced studies, including the week-long USC Annual Review in Dentistry. I have completed post-graduate specialized training in Aesthetic Dental Techniques, Advanced Treatment Planning and Comprehensive Care at the Spear Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
Teaching
I teach at the Scottsdale Center for Dentisty in Arizona. As a visiting Faculty Member, I mentor other dentists from around the world in the Art and Science of restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Affiliations
I belong to the Spear Master Study Group. Study groups are a collaboration of distinguished local specialists and general dentists who meet regularly to present, compare, and discuss the management of difficult cases.

Family
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two (adult) children, and three grandchildren. My strongest passion outside of the office is ocean swimming. My favorite vacation destination is Hawaii!
